The HUN Archers…. A group of Hungarians based in Sarasota , Florida with a love for Archery and Hungarian Culture. Before the team existed, Some of us practiced archery on a regular basis, some for just recreational fun using Re-Curve, Long Bow, and Compound Bows. Early spring 2015 we all gathered our interests, thoughts, and love for the Magyar Culture and the Team was created .
Keeping the Hungarian tradition “Alive”. We perform with only Re-Curve bows, using Ancient Hun Techniques and methods of the Old World Huns.
As a team we are looking for Credible sources and Invitations to expand our interest base to perform at festivals and cultural events.

A selection from the hungarian rock history’s greatest hits
JÓZSEF KALAPÁCS (Pokolgép, Omen, Hard, Atilla Fiai Társulat)
JOE RUDÁN (Pokolgép, P.Mobil, Dinamit, Atilla Fiai Társulat, Rudán Joe Band)
PÉTER GÁL – violin artist (Kormorán, Latin Magic, Atilla Fiai Társulat)
MÁTÉ GYENES - keyboard (Rudán Joe Band, Atilla fiai Társulat)
József Kalapács and Joe Rudán have been giants of the rock life for over 40 years now. Their careers at times ran parallels with, other times crossed each other, however for over ten years now they have been working together. In their shows, the heavy rock songs of P. Mobil, Pokolgép, Dinamit, or Omen can easily coexist with the songs of national rock operas and musicals, or with the greatest songs of Hungarian poets.
Péter Gál violin artist, has been the violinist in the founding band of authentic European folk-rock music, Kormorán, in the band’s greatest era.
Máté Gyenes is a young musician from the band of Joe Rudán.
Their show is a great example for the never ending validity, immortality, and timelessness of rock music.
ROCK AND ROLL FOREVER!
The Szilvafa (plum tree) Hungarian folk dance group was established in 2017 in New Brunswick, NJ, when several parents of children learning folk dance decided to start their own group for beginner adult dancers. Over time, the great atmosphere and friendships that developed contributed to the group's success, as well as the outstanding instructors that visited thanks to Hungary's Kőrösi Csoma Sándor Program. They'll be performing dances and songs from several different regions of the greater Carpathian basin at the festival, which they've come to visit with great happiness and gratitude!
